Ratoath Garden Centre

Established over 20 years ago, Ratoath Garden Centre has developed from a nursery into an award winning garden centre. Our motto is “mad about plants” and we think it shows in the quality and selection of plants we offer.
Located just 5 mins from the M50, Ratoath Garden Centre is a great place for a day out.
What makes Ratoath Garden Centre unique is we are a garden centre in a garden with half of our land taken up with planted borders; we now have the largest show garden within a garden centre in Ireland.

Our borders include a prairie garden, a herbaceous border, a woodland border and a mixed planted border. We even have a wildlife pond, complete with turtles!

We have recently started our nursery again and are growing plants from our borders that are not readily available at other garden centres.
After a stroll around our gardens, why not relax with a tempting tasty treat in the ever popular Wildflower Café. They serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea. Check out their daily specials. The peri peri chicken and pulled pork are big hits, so too are their scrumptious homemade scones and desserts.

Come for the good food, stay for the ambiance. Whether it’s breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or just a coffee that you’re in the mood for, there’s always something that will take your fancy.

We stock an eclectic range of gifts including Irish brands such as Newgrange and Tara glassware, Shannonbridge Pottery, Avoca Blue Vases, Annabel Langrish placemats and cushions, Irish designed jewellery and Bog Standard Irish made candles. We stock the unique babywear hand knit range by Tiny Toes. We also have an extensive collection of Yankee Candles, And lots and lots more!

We always have a selection of easy care house plants in stock, such as orchids and peace lillies. A perfect gift for yourself or a friend!
